At this time, no classes are being held in our Marblehead location.

Master Pastry Chef Delphin Gomes has recently collaborated with Chef Roberta L. Dowling, CCP and The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts as the Director of their Professional Pastry Program.

Recreational and Professional classes are currently available under Delphin's instruction at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.
